Counting the starting Lighthouse, the main route has five locations: Lighthouse → Forest → Desert → Rocks → Volcano. Finish each local quest, preserve the story item and complete the hand-in before expecting the next coordinates.

Learn the basic catch-and-sell loop, finish the Lighthouse Keeper’s beer quest, defeat the Spider Crab and return its quest remains to receive the Boat Keys.

Talk to the woman beside the lake, collect all three Leeches from the ground, use the Modified Leech to summon the Giant Piranha and return its trophy.

Complete the Tourist’s endangered-creature trade for the Carrot, defeat Pufferfish and return the progression trophy.

Catch and defeat a Tuna with the Professional Boss Lure, keep its body, use it to attract the Albatross and return the bird’s head for the final coordinates.

Give five fish to the hazmat scientist, use the Fish Bucket for the Bowhead Whale, throw its carcass into the crater and defeat the Mutated Bowhead Whale.
